russelld
Raidillon de l'eau rouge + rain + lack of talent = We have just arrived home after an eventful day of travelling from Germany to Newark by train, the car will follow in a few days. A busy day on the phone tomorrow arranging repairs. Many thanks to Martin, Andy, Alex, Paul, Alan, Marcus, Dave, Graham, Paul Golding, CCI and all the ladies for your help and support. Russ & Elaine. PeterField
Sorry to see that Russell, bad luck. At least it's only car damage though! Doesn't look too bad so i'm sure it'll all get sorted out quickly enough once you've got it back home...hopefully that won't take too long. russelld
Thanks for all the best wishes everyone. I was on my own in the car at the time, Elaine doesn't,t come out on track in fact it was probably half an after before she knew anything about it. There is damage to both clams, front & rear suspension. A couple of new parts and tcut should sort it !!
chris_h
Glad your ok. I never seen a brake disk broken like that. I presume a part of the suspension pushed through it.

Yes the bottom wishbone is bent, not sure at this stage what actually broke the disc though.
fentuz
Sorry to hear that. Regarding wishbones, have a look at elise spare, they have sets to allow 2-11 type geo. That could suit nicely your engine.
