danwebster
Many thanks rich, its been tough and at times felt like it would never be done so even though I've got to take the clam back off to fix a few things down it felt great getting it looking like a finished car for a while I'll be leaving it exactly as you see it, I like the exposed look personally. When I have a few spare pennies I'll be buying an extended Motorsport diffuser too.
jody391
Haven't you got the indicators and brake lights the wrong way around Dan? Must say with my last S1 I very nearly did this too, always thought it looked better somehow

chris_h
I notice you sprayed over the lotus sticker on the back left. If you peel them off now it'll probably leave a nice effect
danwebster
The elise 111s sticker on the right too....the trouble is if I start to peel it'll take the whole rear end off I like the stealth look anyway, i'm not a stickers / stripes man - prefer to let the performance do the talking
John FISH Curtis
Nice. Just a couple of things. (1) Are you sticking with those wheels, me thinks black Rota's would look good? (2) The fron toe eye will drop and tap against the clam!!
danwebster
I'm thinking about painting the wheels black, but other than that i'm sticking with them for now...i've spent enough now! The towing eye has a grub screw in it that keeps in in place, it can't drop and hit the clam
jonnyfox
My box of left overs That's funny I have the same but in a bag, it does feel good knowing all the nuts and bolts are new :-). I have a toilet at work packed high the rafters with stuff I have removed.
