Elaine Posted December 26, 2012 Posted December 26, 2012 There was a White Elise involved in a car crash on Mantle Lane in Coalville town centre on Christmas Eve. The driver was Matt Hordley, who we believe was Goaty on this forum... Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Drive safely folks. Elaine&Rich.
scatty Posted December 26, 2012 Posted December 26, 2012 This is tragic news. Thoughts and prayers to his family and friends.
Elaine Posted December 26, 2012 Author Posted December 26, 2012 The other car involved had a family in it. The woman who was driving was ok. As were two children in the back, but the male front seat passenger had to be cut out, and was taken to hospital on a spinal board. We don't know much more, other than it was just after the Mantle Lane bridge, near to Harlow's Timber.

Alex B Posted December 26, 2012 Posted December 26, 2012 Terrible thing to happen at any time of the year let alone Christmas eve. Certainly makes my problems of the day seem a lot less serious.
