Put's a kibosh on the thread really. I guessed so but was being facetious! The internet is now full of threads like these. Lots of ebay ads too. I use Flickr for my stuff. App on the phone uploads everything I take automatically. You could give that a go.
jonnyfox
Lol Rich. New windscreen went in yesterday, looks mint and I've just finished repairing solenoids. Thanks Leigh, I'll look into it.
jonnyfox
It's almost impossible to change the images, I have almost no idea what I posted where without a reference. I have asked Photbucket if I can pay to have the images hosted for a week so I can rehost with someone else. I could pay $399 for the year but I feel like I'm being blackmailed. A little notice wouldn't have gone a miss. I'll have to start all over again but it's going to take a while.
Dr H
I was going to ask if you were warned about this. $399 a year is a shit load of money for this type of service. Lots of articles on the web saying thy are basically blackmailing people and holding them to ransom as they did it without proper warning. Hope you get it sorted. At the very least they should allow you to download you own images back off their site.
chris_h
Stupid business's decision, if they had charged $20 or something I'm sure you would have done it, but with loads of free hosting places everyone will just move their stuff.
jonnyfox
If it had of been $100 I would have done it Chris if only to move them but trying to do it now is a job too big.
Mark H
Remember its free to upload the photos to this forum and then you should never get this problem as we never delete files. The new forum software makes it much easier to upload now to

Dr H
As Chris says, it's an astoundingly stupid decision on their (Photobucket's) part.
jonnyfox
So it's taken a while but I have finally changed all the images and moved over to Flickr. The easy bit has been the last two days where I have have altered the thread slightly but managed to upload and exchange loads of images at a time. I hope this does not come across as misleading, it shouldn't but there was no other way. Anyway, its all much of a muchness. Time to crack on..... jonnyfox
I have cleaned and recovered the existing bulkhead heat shield & sound insulation. I have also covered all of the edges with aluminium tape. Obliviously it fits like a glove and looks bloody brilliant
jonnyfox
Now these solenoid valves were sooooooooooooo rusty I felt they were beyond saving. Having given it a go I'm still not 100% sure of the job but proof will be in the pudding I guess. Pleased with them though and changed the old (solid) rubber hoses for new silicon ones.
