Probably not, as its an unlikely that set of circumstances will come up, but I'd prefer to have the peace of mind that if I do need to drive with it on its not going to flap about like a flappy thing. And lets face it, the Exige looks poo with a soft top fitted as it is.....

I agree, looks pretty bad with the soft top on, the lines look all wrong. Roof completely off is sometimes handy for roasting hot track days in Le Mans or perhaps those unexpected trips to the garden centre though (no this isn't a recent photo - the sun is actually out in it!)

Reminds me of a trip to B&Q a few Christmases ago, to go and get a tree. It wasn't sunny...in fact it was bloody freezing and the 25mile drive home (a large part north up the A1) was far from pleasant!
