un1eash Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 I had to ease of abit on the way home, my fuel light came on with 45 miles to go. Not quite sure how much further I could of pushed it.

Although i got the message the 5th time he said "its a bit icy up here isnt it........... That wall's a bit close!". I reckon i was doing about 55 per the speedo past plod. Hoping that should be ok given i think it is generally a touch "optimistic". Good to see you all again chaps. Looking forward to the next one already

chrislane Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 Forgot to say, apologies andy if i made you a bit nervous just after breakfast when i got the brakes locked up and was heading towards the back of you with all tyres skidding across the freezing tarmac. I had taken a glance at how much fuel i had left and when i looked up you were a bit closer than i expected. I then misjudged how hard i could hit the anchors given the conditions ;-)
