Do any of the Leicester people or those coming down the M1 from the north want to meet me at the Leicester Forest East services and we can travel down to A14 together?

 

I could meet up with both you and fentuz at Leicester Forest East instead of Trowell...no problem ;)

 

I can meet you there too as only down the motorway from me (coming from Syston in Leics). Any further away and I am bound to get lost :rolleyes: Just need to sort out a meeting time.

 

I reckon Leicester Forest East would be about 7.40am.

 

fentuz...It might be easier for us all to meet at LFE services. If you still want to do Trowell as well then I guess 7.15am would be a good time???

I don't really mind, I 'm only thinking about meeting points for other people than us. For me it is the same, I'll be driving from sheffield....

For those of you who have not read about the 60th Anniversary celebrations yet, see details here

 

As with last year's 40th celebration, I'm planning a convoy coming across from Worcestershire picking up people along the way. For those who are planning to travel over on the Sunday morning and wish to join in, please add your name and location to the ticker below.

 

Last year we had several pick-up points and ended up with about 15 cars; as well as a couple of other Loti who just joined us enroute.

 

If you would like to join in, I can get a list of your locations and the put together some safe pick up points along the route. It would be nice to get more in the convoy this year if possible, it was a great feeling being part of a big convoy leading the cars 'home', it gets the day off to a great start and really shows the Lotus family feel we have. :laughing:

 

Anyway, to the ticker; sign below if you fancy joining in.

 

I look forward to seeing you all at some point enroute.
