Alex B Posted July 22, 2014 Author Share Posted July 22, 2014 Welcome to my world. I presume you have fitted the Emerald at the same time? The new ones will allow you to keep the IACV. Try putting your foot down on the accelerator slightly when trying to start. If it then runs the IACV probably wants setting up in the Emerald. Also make sure the immobiliser is disabled in the programme. Good luck.Yes emerald installed think the cold start on my map Is at fault, however if it isn't it'll be timing is out too much. Have a look at the cranking enrichment settings then. Although if it was that i would have thought it would have started with a bit of throttle? I printed off a fair bit of the Emerald instructions and put them in a folder. I will bring them to Chatsworth if you like? I find it a lot easier to follow than on disc.
