MilesH Posted May 10, 2011 Author Posted May 10, 2011 Triggers broom may be better. I had to look that one up: 'Trigger's Broom is a paradox that raises the question of whether an object which has had all its component parts replaced remains fundamentally the same object.'
Martin R Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 I think it started on only fools and horses ? Someone asked Trigger how long he had a broom. He said he had it for years but he had put on 17 new stales and 5 new heads or something like that Here you go, found it.
JessiD Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 Why's it called Kermit ? It's clearly bright pink, so should be Miss Piggy

mambosasa Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 OTT - how fitting. I can't believe that you finally got my broom comment last week Keep on motoring Miles, she is looking better than ever.
TraceyAnne Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 Yay, glad to hear it! Nice photos too, thanks for sharing! Great to see some of Kermit's history, I didn't realise you've had him so long. I think this Kermit is more of a chameleon than a frog.
fentuz Posted May 11, 2011 Posted May 11, 2011 Why's it called Kermit ? It's clearly bright pink, so should be Miss Piggy Now you mention it...
MilesH Posted May 11, 2011 Author Posted May 11, 2011 Now you mention it... 7090:ApexTrackDays-MalloryPark-0004c.jpg I'm getting worried because I kind of like that.........must be Dan's influence!
Mark H Posted May 11, 2011 Posted May 11, 2011 Often when reading about your car I wonder if Wuddie ever drops in here and sees how his car turned out...! Yeh he does and has seen its transformation. The car has even more MLOC history, it was originally Foley's car who sold it to Wuddie so its been in the "family" for a long time!
MilesH Posted May 11, 2011 Author Posted May 11, 2011 If Wuddie and Foley have got an old pics it'd be great to see them I still remember buying the car. Dan drove me round most of the UK looking at different elises and then Wuddie's turned up literally 5 minutes from my doorstep - Dan still hasn't let me forget it I've just got Kermit back after having a broken engine mount fixed and the manifold bolt sorted. The new discs and pads have been fitted, along with a full brake fluid refresh. She now drives as good as the day I picked her up

Daniel Posted May 12, 2011 Posted May 12, 2011 Good news! Although this pic looks like your passenger has just up their dinner all over the tarmac. Was it Laura or Ali? ;
