MartinQ Posted February 5, 2009 Posted February 5, 2009 Just wondered what people's daily drives are. For me, it's the Elise, come rain, shine or snow.
Fiona Posted February 5, 2009 Posted February 5, 2009 BMW 535d or Abarth Grande Punto Esseesse - Exige can't get in my work car park.
dobbo Posted February 5, 2009 Posted February 5, 2009 I cycle to work but as that's not on the list, I ticked Lotus.
JonS Posted February 5, 2009 Posted February 5, 2009 The Lotus - it's a car - I use it to drive places. Including work
Laura Posted February 5, 2009 Posted February 5, 2009 D3 mainly for work during the week, but the Elise comes out as much as possible.
MilesH Posted February 5, 2009 Posted February 5, 2009 Where does 4x4 go on that list, as on the country roads today it definitely wasn't a boring barge
s1_austen Posted February 10, 2009 Posted February 10, 2009 Where does 4x4 go on that list, as on the country roads today it definitely wasn't a boring barge more like a slimey turd????
lummo Posted February 11, 2009 Posted February 11, 2009 Up until 2 weeks ago my daily drive was a 2.5L X-Type Jag. My 'punishment' for getting the Lotus is that I now drive a 1.2L Corsa to work! ( Apart from when the sun shines, of course )
the_privateer Posted February 11, 2009 Posted February 11, 2009 2.0D C-Max, no Lotus yet................
chorton_1 Posted February 15, 2009 Posted February 15, 2009 Depends really: Work Lotus for 2/3rd the year R-reg Mondeo in the winter Family/Weekend Fiat Panda 100hp (when needing to cart the kids around the locality) Mondeo (bigger family trips) Elise (whenever I can) I put Lotus....
Mark A Posted February 16, 2009 Posted February 16, 2009 Mainly use the latest lease car I have, currently a Nissan Qashqai 2.0D. Lotus gets used on occasion, as does SWMBO's MG ZR. CBA driving the Exige on a 100mile round trip on the M1/M45, everyday.
thub Posted February 17, 2009 Posted February 17, 2009 320D touring or the train for the daily grind. The Elise gets used way too little.
paulb Posted February 17, 2009 Posted February 17, 2009 Not on the list. Renault Traffic Sl27 DCI100 6 Speed, at least that's what the very long badge on the back says. Can't fit any washers in the Elise.
