Site Upgrade Complete

Well its finally done! The new site shouldn't look a whole lot different to before, there are some nice new features however built in now that I'm sure you will discover as you look around.

 

Its a bit late and I'm 100% sick of testing this myself so feel free to post anything you find that doesn't work in this thread and I'll take a look later.

Things to be looked at:

• Front page is too wide if you run a lower resolution.
  
• Whos been online today list doesnt show
  
• The site time is one hour out when you log out.
  
• Error message in IE if you view the blog.
  
• Web stats link doesn't work at the moment.
  
• Album permissions for contributing members wrong
  
• Hyperlink at the top of the page needs moving left
  
• Get new posts link at the bottom of the page
  
• Image resizing problem?

Mark clicking on 'My Friends' does nothing, do you have to assign people to a friends list in a different section?

That's because you've got no friends Scot - same for me mate !!!

 

Yeh you have to assign them on your personal message page.

When I click on My Albums on the top right of the page, it says I have no albums, but when I click on My Controls and then Your Albums, it shows them up then. Anyone else get this?

To the left of My Controls.

 

Also the new formatting lists dont work yet. Can I attach an image to a post without having to upload it else where first?

Strange, I don't even get that shown on my, I'll investigate.

 

If you click on new reply it will bring up the full editor rather than the "fast reply" box which allows you to upload images to here for posting.

Cool, the attachment section worked great, as does the tools at the top of the reply box. They didnt work before.

I've managed to get it to appear by creating another album of my own, something obviously isn't updating the database to say show the link.

When I create a new album that obviously gets set, the link does work for me however. Try creating a test album to see if that fixes it? if it does I will see what code that called as I think it may be that.
