gerags
Basically I run HSBC. I have $4.6bn to play with every year. How the hell can I send it to my bank account? I think you'll find it's OUR bank account Ooooh you don't wanna go down that road. From listening to others I concluded that shared bank accounts only cause arguements! E. Not when it contains $4.6bn... I would've thought

Dixie
It support for a large american company whos policy is "no personal development". Used to work for Royal Mail (same job). Happy days. Pays the bills though. Seems that with the exception of one or two, we all dislike our jobs.
JohnnyM
Seems that with the exception of one or two, we all dislike our jobs. in my experience there are elements of every job that we dont like or dont agree with, depends if they outweigh the good and the parts you like. For me in IT a total lack of understanding at PLC board level is frustrating, but this happens in the majority of businesses. The common opinion that IT is just "unboxing and plugging in" to run a 5000 user WAN split across many customers and delivering them secure internet services and VoIP too. Maybe I'll ask them to write some BGP policy statements and implement QoS, which after all, should be first school work! ) Having said that running the network can be good fun for techies like me, im just testing the internet connection.... AGAIN...
