Well, after 21 years of MLOC and 4 different Lotus ownerships (Elise S1, Exige S2, Evore LE, Exige S2 280s, I've had to admit that I can't get in and out of my S2 Exige in a small single garage anymore (without lots of shoulder pain), and have finally reliquished my beloved Lotus to Jon Seal. (it's the red one with black stripes). I just wanted to thank you all for 21 years of brilliant support and MLOC events. It made ownership more than just the car. May your cars always be lighter and more fun than the grossly lardy stuff that's being made these days. Thank you.

When I bought my exige from Jon seal about 4 years ago, he sent the lights to be resprayed with laquer. You might want to give him a call.

I recently had this issue too and ended up getting a higher spec Bosch 063 battery from Costco. Saved me about £30 I think.
