Been trying to get in touch with phil.s had a response on another forum but would really like to have a chat with him re putting a t series into an elise

Can anyone help ?

T series in an Elise? WOW! has this been done before? they are very cheap bhp per £, I would love to hear more of this, and what is needed for the conversion.

^^^ yep.  Phil did it.  There's a long thread somewhere here about a year ago.

Well, the Elise is fixed but the A8 has gone to Audi heaven.
Old A8 now changed for new A8.  More wafting, care of 4.2V8 fun...

This t series will be close to 400bhp i have a build thread on seloc

Can out one up on here if people are interested

Cost will be over half the audi conversion

Phil took me for a drive a while back and bloody hell, that car was fast!  The turbos spooled up like Darth and the kick on the back was mental.  Given the fact that at the time he was running low boost, I would hate to think what it would have been like on full attack mode.
