Caffeine and Machine

Recommended Posts

So I took a trip down the Caffeine and Machine at Stratford-on-Avon.

For those who haven't heard of it's a cafe/restaurant that has been set up with the intention of giving petrol heads a place to call home.

Fantastic collection of cars coming and going.

Looks Great Alex, been meaning to go myself just not finding the time of late, maybe I’ll find time in June.

May is already booked-up.

Cheers

Mike

Looks good - might try that at some point

It's definitely worth the effort.

Knocks spots off Nottingham car cafe.

It's open mid week too Mike, but the busy times are obviously the weekends.

Some great cars Alex, real eclectic mix. Love the Rivera blue porker and the 911R, but those Lancias get better with age.

Nice too see the exige in pride of place on the plinth

My lad has been. His mate knows one of the owners. Definitely on the 'to do' list. Probably mid-week to start with, when it's a bit quieter.

@Alex - your pictures look great. :)

Gets very busy at weekends - and at weekends, if you can get in, it’ll cost you £5 to park.

Yeah cost a 5er to get in but it's not the end of the world.

Tbf the £5 entry gets you a C&M keyring that you can either keep or exchange for a hot drink.

Thanks Rich.

Was right place right time for the position in fairness.

Porsche have made some stunning machinery in recent years.  For me it is a toss up between a 911 GT2 RS or the 911R.

That was the second 911R at a show over the weekend, what a beautiful car.

Thanks Guy,

Weekends have various themes/events on them.

I think an evening could be good if we can get a group of MLOCers together and have our own little take over.

Interesting - at Easter, £5 bought parking and a C&M sticker in a ziplock bag.

Last time i was up it was £5 for parking plus a sticker in a ziploc, you then kept the sticker and exchanged the ziploc for a hot drink (or soft drink)
