I saw Ian's new diffuser yesterday. It looked really good.

Excuse me being a complete newbie here but is it way way too late to get one of these!? i did look on Hanger111 website only seem to show on type of extended diffuser not the ones shown above? Id love one so if anyone can advise me further much appreciated

Because they've only just made them, they haven't got them up on their website yet.

The best thing to do would be to give them a call, say you're interested in one and i'm sure they'll be able to sort something out for you
