Jonathan E Posted November 4, 2012 Posted November 4, 2012 Are the streets of Birmingham a race track after dark http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-20177749 Or is this just another piece of sensationalist journalism. Surprised to hear the comment about middle aged owners etc etc, the models of cars in the video don't appear to reflect that?
Martin R Posted November 4, 2012 Posted November 4, 2012 Why are the police covertly filming them? Get out there a nick them.
Jonathan E Posted November 4, 2012 Author Posted November 4, 2012 Thought I spotted stripey on one of those grainy videos Martin
Martin R Posted November 4, 2012 Posted November 4, 2012 Thought I spotted stripey on one of those grainy videos Martin It was probably Liz in the Fiesta
stockhome Posted November 4, 2012 Posted November 4, 2012 That was filmed in Aston about half a mile from one of the biggest police stations in the city.
mambosasa Posted November 8, 2012 Posted November 8, 2012 I remember about 20 years back, I was driving my excellent Volvo 480ES ( I know, I know) at the back of digbirth, when drove into this stree race. My God these kids were crazy. All that I could think was, please don't hit my car!! Insane.
JohnnyM Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 hams hall, merry hill, digbeth.....etc.... this type of thing is everywhere. Even in my home town of bromsgrove one of the most non-descript and dull places on earth there was a track called the figure of 8 around the town centre back in the day that clapped out nova's would rasp around..... middle aged owners...LOL, where? i'd be amazed if many of them are over 25.
Alex B Posted November 12, 2012 Posted November 12, 2012 Make a change from us youngsters being blamed.
