I've just fetched the Schroth harnesses out of the garage, see pic.  The top belts can be used wraparound by simply removing the clips but the lap/crotch belts are fitted with clips for use with eye bolts, so they won't fit directly to the seat bolts like the Lotus specific ones, sorry.

 

ETA have brand new unused eye bolts that can be supplied with them if that's of any use.
