It makes a horrible noise when it scrapes and gves a good warning of impending problems. Yep, I've done that before! On the ferry across lake windermere! Dr H Posted July 13, 2010 Share Posted July 13, 2010 My S2 was running just under 110 at the front and it was a PITA - just cost £200 to get the splitter filled and resprayed - it' bonded to the calm and that was after raising it to about 115mm. Steve J Posted July 14, 2010 Share Posted July 14, 2010 I put some thick tape under the front clam which protected it in case of slight scrapes. Offcuts of armourfend will work well for this as it's clear, although you won't see it as it's underneath.
