Over all very good, a nice replacement for Nick Whale
Andy is a nice bloke, helpful and not pushy
The old guy in the parts dept is excellent! He seems to know the cars inside and out!

My only gripe was watching the kid from the service dept repeatedly slamming my doors and scratching his head, only to say that he couldn't get my central locking to work! (it doesn't have it) and that he would have washed the car, but I didn't have a roof?? It was in the boot

Otherwise, not bad

Apparently Richard has left the Stourbridge dealership, its a real shame as he was always helpful and I got on with him well.

Only bought my Europa S from Stourbridge a month or so ago, dealt with Richard. Great bloke, and had plenty of time for me. Sad to hear he has left. Purchase was a pleasant experience, car was prepped well with all required pre sale work carried out as requested.

Thanks again to the guys at Stratstone Leicester for a top service on the Exige. Have every faith in Jon and all the work he does, always seems to put that extra bit of effort in with whatever we take the car in for

Can't believe I've had my Elise just over a year! Time has flown. Anyway was in for its annual service and mot today at Stratstone Leics. I could have taken it where I want but to be honest I really trust the guys at Stratstone in Leicester. I had a couple of teething problems just after I bought it from them last February but the knowledge and caring from Ian in service and John the mechanic was second to none and I never hesitated in booking it in with them this time around. Mark who runs the dealership always has the time to talk to me when I call in and also Martin who is one of the salesman. All I can say is that I can't recommend them more highly.

Claire at Stratstone Leicester has promised to bring one or two motors along to The MLOC @ Chatsworth do in July. She was keen straightaway, and very quick to get approval and get back to me.

Not said hello to Claire yet but I think she was in the showroom yesterday. They really are a great bunch of people there.

Well, there is lots of positive experiences, but from my experience Stratstone seem like robbing thieves. Recently needed replacement locking wheel nut key, to which I was told "it would cost £25 just to look up on the system with Lotus, and £25 to order a replacement key, alternatively the old locking wheel nuts could be removed for £60 and then £40 for a new set of locking wheel nuts"

Firstly £25 to look up on the the system sounded suspicious, having rang around a few other Lotus dealers I was told this was a lie and that there was no charge to look up on the system! So for this Stratstone loses my trust and respect and comes across quite dishonest! Book your ideas up Stratstone!
