Best performance airfilter please

Hi all . New to lotus and sorry if been asked before.  But have a lotus elise s s3 65 plate . Whats the best performance airfilter to have please ? I'm having a 220 lotus sports exhaust fitted as well .

Hi 

TRD air filter is the way to go, not a big job if you are mechanically minded, fitted them to all my S2s,S3s Elise and Exiges. The Lotus air intake is rubbish and really restrictive. A great modification for the price.

I have a TRD conversion for an S3 that's never been used, it was fitted but never started up and now it's undergoing major changes, it's a customer's but I'm sure he'll be glad to sell it on

RRR have put a lot of development time into their own intake kit that they claim gains of 5bhp on the dyno. Sounds the biz too! I believe it's been developed with, and now used on Joe Taylor's Elise which he races in the Elise Cup championship. More info on their website or FB page.
