Quick Question S2 K Vs S2 Toyota Tub Differences

hi all,

 

I have found a carpet set for the s2 k series which I had hoped to fit to my exige s 06.

 

I looked on deroure and the under seat is the same part but the sides and bulkhead carpet are different numbers.

 

are there tub differences or is it just a different carpet so therefore a different part number?

the carpet itself dosnt bother me to much its more if the shape / fit wont fit the Toyota engine cars
