Yellow Brakes

I used Hammerite Smooth Finish.

 

Make sure you clean the calipers before painting them or they will look

silver or black looks good, not sure about the yellow....... seems a little boy racer ish if you ask me, not sure what anyone else thinks....

I think Chris's look really smart. I would not go for red cos that says I want a Ferrari (not that I don't) but the yellow looks good as yellow & green are the Lotus colours anyway.

Well carl -I like them!

 

Mine have now had 2 coats, and are BRIGHT yellow [brighter than that pic]

 

It really suits the badges on the alloys, and will look mint once i get my alloys painted anthracite/black

Mine were already yellow when I bought the car, gotta be honest I didn't realise that a previous owner had done it and not the factory seeing as the car's yellow anyway.

 

Anyhow, I like 'em on my car.

Did you take the calipers off to paint them or do them whilst still on the car?

Painted whilst on car. If you want to spray them take the calipers off.
