I am sure they wouldn't have been driven away but put on lorries They are starting to get them recovered now, some of the trackers sent out signals, the lambo was found in tamworth, they've got a porsche a scooby and an evo back and the Evo 400 has been seen caning it around skipping red lights etc.... not so pro after all....
Jo23 Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 wow, that is crazy. Very 'Gone in 60 Seconds'. I can't believe they got they out and away without being caught, must have taken them some planning. They obviously didn't plan enough though. Glad they are tracking them down.

Mark H Posted April 1, 2008 Posted April 1, 2008 Does that mean you lost the bet with your missus Bob? More details, looks like they left the Lotus behind! http://www.birminghammail.net/2008/03/31/l...97319-20701401/ Fifteen other cars also worth about £250,000 - mainly Mitsubishi Evolutions and one Lotus - were left untouched, as were computers, flat screen monitors and printers. Mr Challis, who became the company's managing director just three months ago after a year as its sales director, said he was devastated by the break-in. "They even stole our kettle, tea bags, coffee and sugar," he said. "The vehicles are insured together with the building and its contents."
Tango190 Posted April 1, 2008 Posted April 1, 2008 a cunning plan Bob? As cunning as a sly old fox in an R75 K series with a 160-190 sport Lotus lump ..... Maybe ... LOL I got some new toys to play with too - OBDII diags and data logs and Laptop and ..... sniff Emerald maybe Just playing about a bit. Reckon I could fit Dobbos EX manifold piece of pee - engine is wrong way round on the R75 lol Been playing with sensors and ECUS since my Jap adventures This car is going to be a fun mobile Watch this space - LOL
JohnnyM Posted April 1, 2008 Author Posted April 1, 2008 looking forward to hearing about this one.... "rover 75" and "fun" should never be used in the same sentence! what made you flog the evo ?
