Taith MLOC Cymru
22nd September 2013
Further to Jonathan E's recent post in the General section it would appear that we have enough interest in a MLOC Wales run, below is just an outline of his route. Those of you who have driven these roads before will know exactly how good this run will be, and for those who haven't sampled Wales' finest before, then you need to know that you don't have to go to the Swiss Alps to find some fantastic, often empty roads.
So, if you want to drive what is arguably the finest 13 mile stretch of tarmac in the UK, or sample one of Top Gears favourite test roads, then don't miss out on this opportunity to do so with a group of like minded Lotus owners!!
As I think most people hopefully now know, MLOC will operate its own runs from now on, and this is what we hope will be the first of many.
We will be adding the sat nav itn files and direction notes in due course.

Morning Run:
The morning run will be split into two short runs approximately 1 hour long. The first part of the morning run will take us just over the border into Wales where we will stop briefly to enable coffee and tea addicts to obtain a hit. The second part of the morning run will take us deep into Mid Wales via the Elan Valley to our lunch stop at the Halfway Inn, Pisgah, where for a small fee (£5.50 per head) we will enjoy a light lunch of Tea, Coffee, sandwiches, and hopefully cake. Alcoholic and soft drinks will also be available at extra cost. The Halfway Inn is a pub in the traditional style, with views across the valley.
