Tyre advice please.

I usually use these on my Elise S (series 3)

Yokohama
Front 205/45 R16
Rear 225/45 R17
Advan Neova AD08RS.

My usual dealer (Jeffries Bromsgrove)

is quoting "at least 8 weeks" for the rear tyres.

Spirited 😁 road use only 

Suggestions for alternatives please?

Yokohama V105's not expensive and a good all round tyre had them on my Elise for years before I swapped to the Emira
