Spotted this new one on a recent visit to Wales (sadly not in Elise!). 
Great roads, coastal and mountain views, towns, watering holes etc and it’s supported by Lotus as Official Drive Partner!!

My goodness the map on the official brochure is a bit challenging - hardly user freindly

I've just spent a few days in Anglesey - absolutely beautiful place but I didn't really see many great driving roads. Maybe you could make your trip coincide with a track day on the circuit though, that would be pretty cool
