I'm very pleased with how the bias bar brake pedal is coming out, i've had the steel sleeve remade to a size that allows the worn bore of the brake pedal to be cleaned up by half a mm and then lightly pressed in with a circlip each side to locate it. 

The internal finish is much nicer than the original sleeve supplied with the bias bar too. 

I've had a few spares made too so if anyone else is interested let me know. 

Master cylinders have been on order for a week so should be here any day and I can get the pedal box finished.
