Guess they might not be in a rush to sell it, price will only go down so might as well start high and try your luck I guess.

I was in Henly the other day and actually drove past this car, i thought it was over priced then. In its defence it did appear to be in good nick (NOT £20K'S OF GOOD NICK THOUGH)

Suppose if they're in no rush to sell they can hope that someone who doesn't know a huge amount about elises sees it, likes it and thinks that they've got a bargain if they end up paying £18.5k. EXpensive but if someone pays it...
