Major New Group Lotus Partnership

Norwich City are delighted to announce an exciting new partnership with engineering, racing and performance car giants Group Lotus.

The five-year deal sees the Hethel-based company backing the Club with a significant seven-figure investment marked with a high-octane launch at Carrow Road today.

Former FIA Formula One World Champion Nigel Mansell performed a series of wheel-spinning stunts in the Evora GT4 watched by City boss Paul Lambert, skipper Grant Holt and other Canary first team players.

Currently partnering the Lotus-Renault GP F1 team, Lotus also brought some of their legendary Grand Prix cars from bygone years to display at Carrow Road as well as some of their sleek and stylish performance road cars.

Afterwards five Lotus Motorsport drivers took on the City players in a penalty shoot-out on the Carrow Road pitch.

The partnership brings together Norfolk's biggest sporting brands and will see Lotus benefitting from the exciting marketing and branding opportunities on offer to City's partners in the Barclays Premier League.

City Chief Executive David McNally said he was delighted to welcome Lotus aboard: "This is a great and dynamic partnership with another Norfolk sporting giant which everyone at Norwich City is really excited about.

"It's a significant deal financially and a welcome commitment to the Club from a globally-renowned brand which also has a proud Norfolk heritage and strong local links.

"We're really looking forward to working together with Lotus in the seasons ahead."

Meanwhile Group Lotus Chief Executive Officer Dany Bahar said: "No one can deny the global appeal of football and this partnership with our local heroes Norwich City Football Club will provide us with a new platform to talk to future Lotus fans.

"The relationship makes sense on so many levels and we are very proud to be associated with a team who share our values of passion, performance and dedicated hard work."

  • Lotus Model Collection

I have a bit of a Lotus model and memorabilia collection that I inherited from my Father that really needs to be moved on. Does anyone have any suggestions or experience on the best way to deal with this?

    TRD Airbox for Elise

Hi, Apologies if this has been answered recently - I've just joined and couldn't find anything in the search.   I've recently bought a 2018 Elise Sport 220 which I've been enjoying hugely. About the only thing I'd like to change is the sound, and I've read that a TRD airbox is a big improvement. The problem, of course, is I have also read they are no longer made and I can't find any in stock either. So does anyone have any suggestions: - where might I be able to find one?

    Evora 400 Audio Upgrade?

Hi Guys It took me over a couple of hours to drive back from LiTP because of traffic etc. Its the first time I tried listening to the stereo and it was pretty dismal. I did some research and it turns out my car left the factory without the rear amp, subwoofer, cabling and brackets so I'm probably looking to install a mini amp, sub and upgrade the front speakers as apparently they are very poor. Just wondering if anyone else has done anything similar to their Evora and what they did. Wo

Poster for the 2027 Lotus in the Peaks.

As I’m sure many of you will be pleased to hear, the work has started for 2027 Lotus in the Peaks. Paul (Oakman) had a fantastic idea for next years poster, so today we banded a few cars together and went out to do the photo shot. I happened to leave my dashcam running.  Enjoy   Photoshoot.mp4
