Best low level trolley jack?

Eric

Recommended Posts

Has anyone purchased a good low level trolley jack recently?  Or does anyone have any recommendations?

My current trolley jack is a basic Halfords 2 tonne type, and it just won't go low enough to start a lift without firstly driving a front wheel onto a length of timber.

I really, really don't want to spend more than about £150 though (and hopefully a fair bit less), so any top-end pro stuff will be out of range..

Cheers.

Thanks for the feedback.

After much research, I decided to go for this one from Halfords..

It's their "Advanced aluminium" 1,5 tonne trolley jack with a very low 8cm entry height.  It also has a suitably large 8.5cm diameter lifting head with rubber pad (and even came with a spare pad).

Very impressed with the build quality and operation so far, and I bagged it for £112.50 using a 10% off click and collect offer!

3 year warranty too 👍.
