Humm Castle Combe on Friday the 13th...

 

It was GREAT... Tim was flying.

 

I was very small and didn't need to lift, brake etc.... just flat out....

Great video bill, enjoyed watching it. Combe looks an interesting circuit and one on my list to do.

Bill, ive always fancied a go in one of them. They must be easier than an Elise to control on the limit as the weight is in the front ?

Yes, they are/ and there isn't much power....

 

I did a session sort of flat out and I thought the was getting a like more accelerating... didn't give to much thought, and carried on... after 20min, got out of the track a the car was accelerating in the pitlane...

Verdict, I lost at some point the spring that holds the carb closed... I was full opened throttle....
