daves2111s
I eventually got behind the wheel again on Saturday and went for a route finding run around south Worcestershire/Hereford area. Found some good roads I had never driven before...very little traffic and few speed limits Was just thinking this is great the liz is great too when I came out of a twisty section onto a long straight probably 1-2miles... so what could I do...plant the right foot of course. At that point I thought maybe I should see who I was leaving in my dust only to find a large ugly black object about twenty feet off my tail. So it was into three figures plus 25 and he was still there...then at something over that he booted it and went by covering me in enough crap from his four exhausts to make me think for a moment it was a diesel.....but no a Porsche Cayenne Turbo 4.8 450bhp It was interesting to see him trying to stop at the island just over the brow of the hill Did think about going for him on the twisy bits but then remembered I am not supposed to get stressed out or too exited at the moment For while I was a bit depressed but then mused at the thought he probably used more fuel in that one manouver than I did all day Plus I have fun even at low speeds and my car is light and not ugly...mutter... mutter... MattyB
Those buggers are scary quick - just doesn't seem possible that something so huge can move like that! Not supposed to be that bad through the twisties either - it'd have to be something seriously twisty for an Elise to show any dominance I expect... Bramble111s
Probably a dodge Ram, played with one of these last summer, until he dissappeared into the sunset!! Yikes It was massive, with a V12 I believe, featured in this months EVO

Ruxpin
The cayenne turbos are scary fast for such a big car. Went with my mate up to specialist cars of molton a few months back - they had a GEMBALLA GT 600 in for its first service. A 600bhp 4x4!! It looked insane on 22" wheels! The service chap said it was impressive on the road and liked that it kicked down a gear when you floored it at 150. Found a piccy of a similar one but doesn't look that great. The one i saw was all black - looked nice.....for a kn But about 250k euros for the car and conversion!!
