Anyone Know Of A Cobra Alarm Specialist?

The alarm on my S2 is knackered - keeps going off all hours and every time I set it, I get a continuous high pitched tone for about 30 secs, which I'm sure shouldn't happen.

It's been back to the Lotus dealer in Sheffield three times and they can't sort it out (or can't be bothered?).

I suspect it's dodgy wiring or one / more faulty sensors.

Anyone know of a Cobra alarm specialist who could do a proper fault diagnosis? Pref in the Derbyshire, North Notts, South Yorks area?

I've tried looking on the Cobra website but it doesn't offer technical support, just has info like dealer locators etc.

Is it not still under warrantee? I took mine back to Nick Whale's in Birmingham. They adjusted the microwave sensor between the seats, also one of the front access panel switches had broken (rubber all perished after 1 year !). You could try Peter Smiths but I don't think they have particularly good reputation with some MLOCers.

Look in your handbook for the exact details as the number of flashes of the LED after the alarm goes off tells you which sensor is faulty which may give you an idea for trying to sort it out.
