Heater Control Stuck

I had the same problem but fixed it, Please read

Heater knob stuck

 

Found in the end to be a part of the housing that holds the heater matrix eventually gets brittle and breaks away and gets stuck in the flap, after i blew it all out and adjusted my cable the heaters have worked better than they ever have. Hope this helps

P.s. if you attempt it get ready for some knuckle scraping but overall not too bad a job to complete
