Ok Dilema

 

Its my brothers stag do in a couple of weeks and the breif i got was to organise a quiet curry and a few beers for the boys.

 

Now call me old fashioned but thats a regualr night out - NOT a stag do.

 

SO i've found a restaurant come club that will give us a private room for the night and will allow 'entertainment'.

 

I've three options

 

1. Book a stipper at £70 and run the risk of my brother and his wife never talking to me again

2. Book a MIDGET stipper at £350 and run the risk of my brother and his wife never talking to me again

3. Play safe and stick to the original plan.

 

What would you do?

i'd go for a curry and have a few beers (12) , then head to a strip club, then he has the option to go in or not....... if he's that drunk carry him in

 

make sure you have a plan B if he's not that drunk or doesn't want to go in.

 

ps) Prague is a great place for (cough) clubs

what are his interests and look to do a group activity that reflects and then a meal and beers afterwards. E.g Clay Pigeon,, Karting, Snow Dome, Yachting etc etc

What Omar said. If I wanted some ugly munter to take her clothes off, I could go buy one a few drinks and achieve the same result (I'm sure there are some good looking strippers, but that's mostly on TV I'd wager). Only you know what your brother will like though.

for £70 i wouldn't expect much!! think the shouts may be 'put em back on!!'

 

Its a dfifficult one. my wife said that iwas aloud a stag do aslong as none of my mates did anything 'silly'. As a result i didn't have a stag do, she would have seriously killed me if anything 'silly' happened and i just couldn't risk it.

 

I'm yet to see (excuse me for sounding sexist) a stunner taking her clothed off in a grotty pub for £70.

 

Hire a dwarf and handcuff it to the stag and chuck the key away.

It's brilliant fun, you can race as fast as you like against your mates and still drink!!!

 

Boy does it get competitive, after all, boys will always be boys, and nobody gets offended, unless they finish last overall!!!

Strippers for a stag do is a tired old cliche, I wouldn't be impressed at all (but I hate strip clubs and get very uncomfortable if asked to go to one and usually refuse, it's a small step away from using a prostitute as far as I'm concerned). I think doing something meaningful to the event involving the stag and all his closest mates doing something memorable and really good fun is a much better idea.

Yup, you can go out and get absolutely plastered any weekend (well, not once you're married maybe), but getting a large bunch of mates together to do something you'd not normally do, that's usually pretty rare.

I was going to do karting during the day but Kelv just wants food and beer.

 

I'm trying to find some way of injecting fun here rather than anything seedy which is why i was leaning towards the midget. That said i'm getting a fair amount of negitive comments and really dont want to offend anyone - let alone my own brother and his wonderful GF.

 

Back to the drawing board i guess.

Ok if i were you id take the 350 quid and look for somewhere like this: http://www.mountainmayhem.com/ I went here on a mates stag do and had a ball......ok so there were no strippers ( but plenty of alcohol) and i felt like i had got my monies worth, AND THEY ARE A TOP BUNCH OF GUYS!!!!

I've organised 2 stag do both involving strip clubs etc,

 

1st do the lad enjoyed and all but when his missus found out she went ballistic and left him, took a week to get her to come back. Needless to say I was not in the good books.

 

2nd do told his missus what we would be doing and she did not approve much, but he had a good time and they were no fireworks after.

 

I therefore suggest Lads like the naked ladies and the missus, if told, will tolerate

 

On a personal note my stag do is in March and I'm told we will be going to a strip clubs (not that I would have much choice) and my missus is fine with it as "I'm far to ugly for the pretty naked ladies to be interested" which is a fair point , Cow.

Do it ! If he really doesn't like it, you can apologise and all enjoy it anyway. He PROBABLY will enjoy it, but might think that by giving you the go ahead, he'd be opening the door for more than a stripper (eg being humiliated rather than just having a stripper - at one of my mate's work's leaving do, he was dragged around the room by his belt around his neck, in just his boxers having been smeared in baby oil by the fat-o-gram - might be that your bro is worried that it might go like that. Understandably - I'd run a mile at that point).

 

I can't believe he and his wife to be would seriously hold any grudge, either.

 

As already said, though, do have a Plan B as well.

Having been a stag a few months ago I wouldn't have been impressed with a stripper! the above is the way forward!

From a ladies point of view, i'd have to say DON'T do it. I'd kill Liam if he did it, i can't reall explain why, but if i thought that he'd touched another woman in any way, or looked at her a way he 'shouldn't' he'd be out on his butt!

 

I'm not crazy.......really, hehe But i'd just explode, silly really, it all comes down to a lack of confidence on my part i guess.......hence why i brought an Elise. But a lot of women have trouble with comparing other girls to themselves, it's a girl thing.

 

Maybe check with him, see what he'd want, or drop it into conversation and see how his GF would react.

Personally, go for the curry and the beer then suggest going to a Lap Dancing Club, he has the option to choose.

 

From my point of view, i wouldnt appreciate it as really most strippers that work low quality bars, clubs are not the best and would just be boring. A decent Lap Dancing Club's dancers are normally better than the dodgy stripper in a bar.

 

Only blokes i have seen enjoy them from working in pubs and clubs, are ones whose bride to be is a minger and the stripper is last chance of seeing something a little bit better before married. Or, what is more common, the group enjoy the idea more than the Stag.
