snowman Posted July 26, 2004 Posted July 26, 2004 thanks for that.. will get a close look on saturday.. Cheers

emmajaneb Posted July 26, 2004 Posted July 26, 2004 Can't believe they charge you for adding some stripes. Do you have to change it on your log book/registered keepers thingy too?
Fiona Posted July 26, 2004 Author Posted July 26, 2004 Can't believe they charge you for adding some stripes. Do you have to change it on your log book/registered keepers thingy too? Nah - it's just vinyl. I couldn't risk having an accident though and someone mentioning the "blue and white striped Elise". They'll have an excuse not to pay up. Thing is, the actual modification isn't insured so why charge me so much? Fiona
Kris H Posted July 26, 2004 Posted July 26, 2004 Always wanted to drive round Scotland! Dave - if you do, just don't drive around Glasgow - one way system from hell and very aggressive bus drivers. Top city but not for driving.
JohnnyM Posted July 26, 2004 Posted July 26, 2004 great pics ! how many miles did you put on the car in the whole time ?
Fiona Posted July 27, 2004 Author Posted July 27, 2004 Johnny, About 2000. We're going to finish the back tyres off at a 1st Lotus day. Anyone going in August? Kris, Every few years in Glasgow they seem to change the 1 way system around so that where once you could turn left, now you can only turn right. Fiona
Ladders Posted July 27, 2004 Posted July 27, 2004 Fiona, any spaces left on your 1st Lotus Day? I had to postpone mine for obvious reasons and need to set a new date.
