Lotus Launches New Dealership in Estonia

Lotus Cars Ltd, the sportscar subsidiary of Group Lotus plc, is pleased to announce the

appointment of Lotus Tallinn to retail Lotus cars in the Estonian capital.

With the appointment of Lotus Tallinn as an official Lotus dealer, Lotus is demonstrating its

commitment to the Estonian market and to sportscar enthusiasts in the Baltic States. Lotus

Tallinn has planned an impressive launch for Thursday 20th September with a Lotus display

and reception at the British Embassy in Tallinn hosted by the British Ambassador Nigel

Haywood. Lotus Tallinn will also be unveiling their modern, high quality Lotus showroom and

facilities as part of the launch.

Mike Kimberley, CEO of Group Lotus plc comments “I would like to welcome Lotus Tallinn to

the Lotus family and brand. We are very pleased to have teamed up with such a dedicated

and professional organisation. Here at Lotus we are in the process of expanding our line-up to

include exciting new products such as a mid range super sportscar for launch at the end of

2008 and a stunning high specification supercar that will enter production at the end of 2009.

We are a Global High Tech Company and expanding fast. Estonia is a big step forward for

Lotus and the 32nd country to join the team.”

Jussi Pärnpuu, General Manager of Lotus Tallinn said, “We are looking forward to exhibiting the

multi-award winning, high-tech Lotus brand to the astute customers of the Balkan states. The

Lotus Tallinn showroom provides a great location to display the unique Lotus brand of style,

performance and technology”.

British Ambassador to Estonia Nigel Haywood comments "I see the opening of the Lotus

dealership in Estonia as a sign post in Estonian-British trade relations. Economic ties between

the two countries have strengthened over the past decade and have now come to the stage

where not only simple products are traded, but those with high design, quality and technological

value - and that is what Lotus stands for."
