hi guys!

 

anyone help with a problem ive got with my kenwood kdc7090r cd header unit?

 

basically moved it from old car fitted it into elise and having probs with the masking key!

 

have power to the system and everything just seems the masking key isnt transmitting!

 

hence no stereo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

although rather listen to sound of engine missus not happy

does the key thing have batteries in it ? might be worth a look.

tried the battery fully charged!

 

managed to get in touch with audio in brum gave a contact local to me, dropped radio in yesterday so will have an answer on monday.

hopefully be able to de mask or fix at a cost of about £30 so not too bad!
