So here goes: try Milltek. It's not too noisy, but the noise it makes has a nice deep throaty sound under load but quiet at a cruise.

I actually got the Janspeed one for £165. Turned out to be very nice. A little quite maybe but nice. I got the flexi section and another decat pipe with it as well.
