Joying Head Unit

I have just fitted a 7” Joying headunit to my Elise to replace the antiquated Alpine headunit I had fitted.

It’s excellent!  Sounds great, gives me wireless Apple CarPlay and was a doddle to fit.

If anyone was thinking about fitting one, do it, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ll post some pics in the morning. It fits perfectly In the ‘slot’ the single din radio sat in. I opted to leave the vents uncovered and cover the HVAC controls slightly as it looks neater IMHO. You can still adjust the heater controls perfectly well.

Picture of mine(6.2), I fitted it last year. The first unit I had failed after a couple of weeks but Joying replaced it without issue. I’m very happy with it.
