Lotus key tags - specifically sPecific (PIN)

Hello, I'm attempting to program a new key fob (transmitter). On my spare set of keys there is a tab with two 5 digit numbers. Not clear to me which one is supposed to be the sPecific Identification Number (PIN).

The larger one or the smaller one?
