FURTHER SENIOR APPOINTMENTS ANNOUNCED AT LOTUS

• James Andrew appointed Director, Communications & PR

Group Lotus is delighted to announce two new senior appointments to its executive team, reporting to Lotus Cars CEO, Phil Popham.

James Andrew joins from leading automotive and luxury communications agency, Influence Associates – the business he helped establish in London with veteran international automotive PR, Stuart Dyble – now among the most sought-after PR and strategy consultancies in the industry. Previous to this James held senior PR positions at Jaguar Land Rover and in the technology and EV sectors internationally. He joins the Lotus executive team as Director of Communications, effective immediately.

Simon Clare is a highly experienced brand and product strategist and joins from Sunseeker International where he held the position of Marketing Director. In his 17-plus years as a senior marketer, Simon has worked for a number of the world’s best-known luxury brands, including Bentley, Jaguar Land Rover and most recently, Sunseeker – where he played a pivotal role in re-establishing the iconic brand and turning around the business to be Britain’s largest and most famous boat builder. Simon starts as Global Marketing Director on 1 February.

Their collective experience in the auto industry internationally, in the luxury sector and with British brands, provides Lotus with key new talent as the business and brand develop and expand into new horizons.
