Proline, Northampton - End Of Orchard?

I haven't confirmed this for myself, but I got a letter from a company called Proline in Northampton saying that Orchard has ceased trading. I bought a new set of tyres from Orchard a couple of months ago so it is a relatively recent change.

Yeah i had the same - really pleased that Orchard 'sold' or 'gave' my contact details to a 3rd party specialist.

 

I'm sure Lotus would be pleased about that... actually they probably wouldn't give a toss

At least whoever rises from the ashes won't be bound by Lotus recommended service costs. Presumably this Proline bunch are in part ex-Orchard - were they any good before?

Well, they are not there yet, that place is empty, has been for a few months.

Should be interesting seeing there is a new Lotus Dealer in Milton Keynes.

Proline is not in the same location as Orchard and has apparently been going for over 10years. I don't know if they have the same ability to order spares, which is to be honest all I used Orchard for (although v. handy as I could get there and back in a lunch time).

but if its the same gaz jones running it that i know hes a really good painter
