John FISH Curtis Posted October 13, 2012 Posted October 13, 2012 Having problems with the forum. Takes ages to load, view topics, reply, start topics. Usually get a non responding message or takes a very long time to load. Am not getting this problem on any other forum or webpage i use? Is there an issue?
Mark H Posted October 13, 2012 Posted October 13, 2012 Seems fine for me, the speed tests say the site is running at normal speed and server monitoring shows no load on the server, nothing listed on the network problems page for the company which hosts the server. Which ISP are you with? Could be a problem with the network route between your ISP and our server.

Mark H Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 Its always a good idea to try this to see if you are getting network packet loss to the server by doing this: http://forum.internet-radio.com/guides/91-checking-packet-loss-ping-command.html Where the hostname to enter is midlandslotus.co.uk At the end of it that will tell you if you had any lost network packets on route.
