chris s2 Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 It will be interesting to know how he will run this event at Blyton, when they normally run about 25 - 30 + cars at Blyton Plus how much time you get with them/him I may well be interested in this. Hi Janine, Did you have a day at car limits last year ? If so what did you think ? Chris.

chris s2 Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 Probably easier to contact them and find out how the day works I suppose.
jonamacg83 Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 I do race instruction for people in their own cars and am happy to do deals for MLOC members (every little helps in these hard times!) - give me a PM if interested. Jonny
handbag Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 The Car Limits days aren't like normal track days, only 4 people at a time I think. Yes that's right, maximum of 4 people. It will be interesting to know how he will run this event at Blyton, when they normally run about 25 - 30 + cars at Blyton Plus how much time you get with them/him I may well be interested in this. Hi Janine, Did you have a day at car limits last year ? If so what did you think ? Chris. Hi Chris, yes I've done 2 carlimits days, one at North Weald and one at Blyton. The day isn't set in stone as it depends how many people have done a training day before so he'll do different exercises with different people and the time spent in the car with him is shared out between the 4. At Blyton we focussed on different driving exercises on separate areas of the track in the morning, then in the afternoon ran open pit lane track day format (fab with only 4 cars!). Walshy's a genuinely nice guy who is very patient and very good at picking up on areas of improvement both with driving technique and car set up.
