I wouldn't give them ANY money to put right what they have damaged.

They did my rears recently - no damage but they did leave me without a speed sensor

fitted over the weekend.

Of course I asked them to pay for all the fines from the scameras

I got as a result of them leaving the sensor unhooked!!

Got the PM - thanks for that, might be useful if they make 'em even worse

 

As for paying, I know it stinks and I'm really unhappy about it, but I'd need photos to prove they made the mess. One of the wheels *does* look like a kerb strike (even tho I've never kerbed them and they were in great condition before) so I can understand Lamb's reluctance to do them for nowt.

 

They need sorting, Lamb won't do them for nothing without all the trauma of trading standards, snotty letters and other stuff (and even then they still might not), and £50 is cheaper than I could expect elsewhere. Maybe I should have pushed for them to pay an independant specialist but I've heard so many horror stories of flaking laquer and stuff

 

Ah well, they're still round, have tyres on them, and are attached to an immensely cool car
