Heater Problem

Came to use the heater the other day when it was a little cool and the temperature knob thing will only move a quarter turn. It feels though something is jamming the flap inside the heater matrix. Is it easy to get to the matrix without taking the clam off as I am wondering what I have hoovered up and need the access to the matrix to have a look.

Never had that myself but I guess its the rod getting stuck on something like the pipework.

heh jinxed, just got it myself today as well, will investigate, the garage must have knocked something when they had it the other day.

Mine is sorted. The cable housing had come loose from the spring clip that holds it in place. Bit of a waggle and as good as new
