Any update on Deans N1CHO car?

Haven't seen anything on the forums, wondering if his car was written off or repairable.

He says its not written off, but gonna cost a lot to fix...he thinks he may have to sell it as the insurance is gonna cripple him. He's waiting for pics from Team Proactive, then he'll post em up

Maybe he can get a future classic policy with restricted mileage which will keep the premium down

Speaking to TP today, had a look at Deans car, they say it can be repaired.

 

Needs a new front clam and crash structure, front windscreen is also gone when the clam was pushed up. Surprising how little damage otherwise.

 

They are waiting on the crash structure as Lotus have told them it will be several weeks as they have broken the mould.

 

Dean is keen to keep the car but from the sound of things his dad isnt. Looks like he was lucky as he wasnt wearing a seat belt at the time.. doh!
