Sorry to hear about your kidney scott. Have you noticed that if the odds are the same of winning the lottery or getting a rare kidney disease you can bet your money you will get the later.

This isnt my specialism so i cant even offer any advice. On the upside there is a reasonable number of peopple in our population who only have one functioning kidney and never no about it. So if worse comes to the worse you can still function perfectly well with one and a bit kidneys. I should cut down on your litre of whiskey a night though
